WERE  THE  ANCIENT  EGYPTIAN  PYRAMIDS  BUILT BEFORE  THE  GLOBAL  FLOOD?

Good morning world!

I hope all of you have had a great few weeks. I have been—and still am—very sick, so again I apologize for not putting out a blog for the last two weeks. So with my illness and exhaustion, I am buried with work!

Speaking of being buried, I have met Christians, even some creation scientists, who believe the great pyramids of Egypt were build before the global flood. Could this be true? I always thought that everything was destroyed in the great Noachian Flood. Who is correct? Let’s take a look…

According to Egyptologists, the Great Pyramids of Giza
were build about 200 years before the global flood. But if you have read my earlier blogs, you will recall I wrote one on the Egyptian time scale and how it has been incorrectly interpreted. In short, Manetho was a priest commissioned by Ptolomy II, king of Ptolemaic Egypt, in the 3rd century B.C. to compile the history of Egypt. Taking all of the dynasties, traditional chronology sequence has placed them side by side. However this doesn’t take into consideration that more than one Egyptian dynasty existed during the same time. When that is

done, the pyramids  line up nicely in history after the flood.

There is physical evidence to support the revised Egyptian Chronology. First and quite obvious is there are no signs of serious water damage on the pyramids. If they had been under water for almost a full year, in a body of water so large it covered the entire earth, they would have taken quite a pounding. Yet, there is NO significant amount of water damage.

Evidence number two; the pyramids are build on sedimentary layers filled with fossils, which creation scientists believe were laid down by the flood (see my previous blogs written on fossils and the global flood for an in depth reading). This then becomes evidence that the pyramids were constructed after the flood.

Evidence number three; in the Hebrew language, Egypt is translated as Mizraim. Mizraim is the son of Ham who is the third son of Noah. In other words, Mizraim is Noah’s, grandson. Since Noah’s sons, who came with him from the former per-flood world, did not have children until after the flood, it is further evidence that the Egyptians didn’t exist until after the flood, and after the Tower of Babel language split.

Evidence number four; after the Flood, all the people on earth lived in one place and spoke one language. Egypt would not have appeared until the early post-Flood people dispersed after the one language was scrambled (Genesis 11:6,7) “The Lord said, ‘If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.’” And Genesis 10:5 confirms this; “From these the maritime peoples spread out into their territories by their clans within their nations, each with its own language.” And because Noah didn’t even begin to have grandsons until after he and his family stepped off the ark, the only logical conclusion is the Egyptians were from Noah’s grandson, Mizraim and his generations after.

All of this evidence makes it reasonable, logical and clear that the pyramids were constructed after the flood.

God bless and take care,
Willow Dressel

PS, if you choose to watch the video were I got some of this information, there are parts of it (the adding 100 years to Noah and his sons before they had children) I don’t agree with. With the evidence I have given you today, and by researching my previous blogs, you will see the discrepancies. however everything else and certainly what I have included here are correct and have been thoroughly researched.
